A lot of freshman year college students joined College Conexion recently and almost all of them have the same doubt.
How College Conexion helps and why does it exist?
To answer it in brief, here's my take. College Conexion is your know-it-all college friend.
He/she:
1. Knows about what's happening inside the campus?
2. helps you connect with his/her friends.
3. talks about studies using group discussion.
4. introduces you to events being organized nearby and in your college
5. helps you find new internship and talks about Career opportunities.
6. helps you explore your interests.
7. introduces you to college clubs and SACs.
8. helps you to write and publish articles.
and a lot more help i.e. connects you to your college sophomores, seniors, and alumni.
These 4 years of college are the best time of your life when you can learn whatever you want, become what you aspire and shape your life how you want it to. Utilize them well!
Welcoming you all to this wonderful journey, peace!

The way to become a great conversationalist! What it can be?
As this question auto-suggest an answer that is "Know how to talk". But it is the opposite of that, "Know how to listen".
Every person that we met in our daily lives at the workplace, campuses, or on social media wants to talk about themselves because for everyone they are the most important person. And how you can utilize this trait without hurting their sentiments?
The answer is simple "Be a good listener" when you talk to them. People consider you a good conversationalist if you keep your end of the bargain that is listening to them without irritating or interrupting them.
Try to focus on what they want to talk about, excite them about the topic and they will end up praising you.
Hence, be a good listener!

Neither the client nor the provider is perfect. Learn to manage things when the resources are limited that’s why we have MVP in the picture, otherwise, everybody would have built full working products instead of prototypes.

I’ve been learning about managing people, but how about considering making the first impression so perfect that everybody fascinates with your aura and wants to talk to you?
Seems impossibly possible? but, It is not!
The key is “SMILE”, not the insincere grin but the actual flourishing smile.
I’ve been talking to our teammates, some organizations CXOs and our users. Smiling has helped me increase my enthusiasm towards learning about them because they were willing to share things with me, all the bugs, errors, faults, and some great things as well.
Here’s a little practice you can do on your own:
First force yourself to smile, if you are alone, force yourself to whistle, or hum a tune, or sing. Act as if you were already happy, and that will tend to make you happy.
When you talk to someone, smiling help. Your smile comes through in your voice.
Your smile is the messenger of your goodwill. Keep it real!
